For people who finished the thing

Your movie deserves a room with the lights down.

Slop2Nuts is where you put the trailer, the short, the treatment and the script — and then let people actually read it. The first five pages are free to anyone who signs in. Everything past that is yours to give away, one code at a time.

How it works

1

Put it up

A page for your film: poster, logline, trailer and short film straight from YouTube, and your script or treatment as a PDF, Fountain or Final Draft file.

2

Meter the pages

Readers get the first few pages free. You decide how many, and you mint codes that unlock as much more as you like — for a producer, a festival, a friend.

3

Get it read

Pick a reader from the roster and get a full coverage report: verdict, scores, and a revision roadmap that names scenes and pages.

4

Get reviewed

Or commission a critic. If you like what they wrote, publish it on your project page. If you don't, nobody ever sees it.

The reading room

Six readers, each with their own lens and their own standards. Pick the one whose job it would actually be.

Auteur-driven, idea-rich, festival-first. Ambition is the price of entry.

Tough marker

Dana Okoye

Finds the fatal flaw early — before it costs forty million dollars.

Goes looking for the emotional heart — and says so when there isn't one.

Constructive marker

Juno Park

Festival programmer & jury reader

Judges it the way a jury with 1,900 other entries would.

Tough marker

Cass Wren

Marketing creative director

Where is the trailer? Where is the poster? Where is the scroll-stopper?

Constructive marker

The critics

A publishable review with a star rating and a pull quote. Yours to publish or to bury.

Reviews for the audience in the seats, not the one in the seminar.

SECOND WATCH

Very online, very fast, and right more often than is comfortable.

What it costs

Putting your film up is free, and so is your first report and your first critic review. After that you buy tokens: 50 for a report, 50 for a critic review, 2 to ask the reviewer a follow-up question.
