Terms of service

In effect from 10 September 2026. Written to be read, not to be survivable in court — have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before you rely on it.

The short version

Your work stays yours. We show it to the people you choose. The reports and reviews are written by an AI and are opinions, sometimes wrong ones. Tokens buy generated reports and are not refundable once a report has been written, except when we failed to write it. Don't upload things you don't have the rights to.

1. Your account

You sign in with Google; we never see your password. You need to be at least 13 to have an account, and at least 16 if you are in the EEA or the UK. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, that is being used to abuse the referral system, or that is charging back payments it made. Where the reason allows it, we will tell you why first.

2. Your work stays yours

You keep every right you had in anything you upload — script, treatment, poster, video links, all of it. Nothing here transfers ownership, and nothing here is an option, an assignment, or a first-look arrangement.

You give Slop2Nuts a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to do only the things the service obviously needs to do: store your material, show it to the people you have chosen to show it to (the free pages on your project page, plus whatever your access codes grant), and send it to the AI model when you commission a report. That licence ends when you delete the material.

We do not sell your work, licence it onward, or use it to train a model. Neither does Anthropic, whose model writes the reports: Section B of their Commercial Terms of Service provides that “Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services.” They delete API inputs and outputs within 30 days, save for content their safety systems flag or that they must keep by law.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, and that showing it here doesn't break an agreement you have with someone else — a WGA arrangement, a producer's option, a co-writer.

3. What readers may do

Pages you unlock are for your own reading. Do not copy, republish, screenshot into a thread, feed into another service, or circulate the text. Do not spoil the plot in public. Authors are trusting a page counter and good faith here; both are easier to break than to enforce, which is exactly why the request matters.

4. Reports and reviews are written by an AI

Every reader and critic on this site is a fictional persona, and every report is generated by a language model. The outlets the critics write for do not exist. The personas are composites of industry roles, not portrayals of real people, and any resemblance to a particular executive or critic is not intended.

A report is one opinion, produced quickly and confidently, and it can be wrong about your work. It is not professional script coverage, not a credential, not legal or business advice, and not a prediction of anything. Do not treat a score as a valuation and do not represent a report as a human professional's assessment.

A critic review stays private until you publish it. Publishing is your decision and you can reverse it at any time, which takes the page down rather than merely delisting it. Wherever a published review appears, it is labelled as AI-written.

5. Tokens and payment

Payments are handled by Stripe on their own checkout page; we never see your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. Tokens are a prepaid balance for generated work — currently 50 for a coverage report, 50 for a critic review, 2 for a follow-up question. Those prices can change, but never for tokens you have already bought.

Tokens do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Your first coverage report and first critic review are free, once per account.

Refunds. If a report fails to generate, its tokens return to your balance automatically, and you can see that happen in your token history. A report that was written is not refundable because you disagreed with it — generating it cost us real compute the moment it ran. If you think something has gone wrong with a charge, get in touch and we will look at it properly.

If you are in the EEA or the UK: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because tokens are delivered to your balance immediately, by completing a purchase you ask us to start supplying them at once and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal for the tokens you have spent. Tokens you have bought and not yet spent can be refunded within 14 days — ask us.

6. What you may not upload

Anything you do not have the rights to. Anything unlawful. Sexual content involving minors, in any form, including written. Material whose purpose is to harass or defame a real person. Anything designed to break the page-unlock system or to game the referral counter.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, tell us what and where and we will take it down while we sort it out — use the contact address on the site.

7. Availability, and keeping your own copy

The service is provided as is. We will not promise an uptime figure we have no way to guarantee, and we may change or remove features. Keep your own copy of your script. We back up what we can, but this is not an archive and you should not treat it as one.

To the extent the law allows, Slop2Nuts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunities or profits, or for anything arising from a decision you made on the strength of a generated report. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Closing your account

You can unpublish a project at any time, which removes it from the site immediately. To delete an account and everything in it, ask us and a person will do it. Unspent tokens are not refunded when you close an account voluntarily. If we close your account for something in section 6, unspent tokens are forfeited; if we close it for any other reason, we will refund them.

9. Changes to these terms

We will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects what you have already paid for, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
