Ask the reader what they meant, or push back on something you think they got wrong. They answer in character, and they'll change their mind if you're right.
Token packs
You buy a pack. That is the entire commercial relationship.
There is no subscription, no monthly minimum, no annual plan, no seat licence, and no auto-renewal — because none of that exists in the code, not because it is switched off for a promotional period. Nothing bills you again unless you come back and choose to buy another pack. There is nothing to cancel, and no card kept on file here.
For comparison: professional human script coverage runs from about $75 to several hundred dollars a read. This is not that — it's a language model in a named persona, and it can be wrong about your work. It is faster, it is cheaper, and you can argue with it.
The fine print, in plain words
- Do tokens expire?
- No. They sit there until you spend them.
- What if a report fails?
- Its tokens come straight back to your balance, automatically, and you can see it happen in your history. If it was your free one, you get the free one back.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unspent tokens, yes — within 14 days, just ask. A report that was written isn't refundable because you disagreed with it; generating it cost us real compute the moment it ran.
- Is there a subscription?
- No — and there is no monthly fee, no minimum, and no auto-renewal. A pack is a one-off purchase. There is nothing to cancel, and Stripe handles checkout so we never hold your card.
- Who can read my script?
- Nobody, until you publish the project. Then: the free pages you set, plus whatever your access codes grant. Locked pages are never sent to a browser at all.
- Do you use my work to train a model?
- No, and neither does Anthropic, whose model writes the reports — their commercial terms forbid it in Section B. Your pages are sent to them only when you commission a report, and are deleted within 30 days. The detail.
